The DARPA document denying funding to EHA’s DEFUSE project

The Darpa rejection of DEFUSE: Defusing the threat of bat-borne Coronaviruses we learn the following.

Eco-Health Alliance (EHA) was seeking funding from Darpa in 2018 to engage in spill-over research of SARSr virues. In particular they were interested in doing research in the bats and a virus native to the Yunnan caves in China.

EHA failed to acknowledge or account for any risks associated with this experiment.

Did not address the concerns that such research is “dual use” (eg: can be weaponized)

DARPA and EHA acknowledge that this is gain of function research, demonstrating that Fauci lied to the public and to Congress while under oath, committing perjury.

Did not explain how EHA would overcome the scientific fact that any vaccines developed from the research would not be able to protect against the rapidly evolving nature of coronaviruses.

DARPA rejected EHA & Peter Daszak’s proposal on the grounds that it put communities in danger, could be turned into a bio-weapon, involed Chinese nationals and failed to address concerns around bio-ethics.

The bottom line up from (BLUF): The US government knew of EHA’s desire to create COVID-19 as early as 2018 when DARPA rejected funding it. Fauci would later go on to approve it. This also dramatically increases confidence in the Bat/Wuhan bio-lab leak theory.

Problematically, it also demonstrates that the government, media and democratic party knew the lab leak hypothesis was likely accurate while publically calling everyone pointing it out a racist, anti-asian conspiracy theorist.

It further confirms that government scientists, at least in DARPA, knew that vaccines would be ineffective long term due to the virus rapidly mutating.

DEFUSE EcoHealth Alliance Executive Summary

The executive summary pitches the experiment on the basis that warfighters will be exposed to exotic illnesses in China, hinting at government directing research towards a land war in China as early as 2018. Likely earlier.

EHA goes on to claim there are no known theraputics for SARS-CoV, explicitly identifying monoclonals as ineffective. We now know that monoclonals are very effective and that other theraputics do exist and do work. Given EHA’s claimed expertise in the field we can assume that they were lying here.

This document is an offer to fund research involving viruses that could make the jump from animal to human and to fund the development of approaches that could suppress the virus in it’s animals hosts or prevent transmission into humans from the animal.

DARPA knew that masks mRNA vaccines would not work based on the original proposal given to them by EcoHealth’s Peter Daszak.

SARS-COV-2 was deliberately made virulent and humanized. It’s nature can be determined by analysis of its genome.
